The bartender, Bart, was absolutely fabulous friendly, easy to talk to, and made the bar experience memorable. I’d highly recommend checking out the bar during your stay

The shuttle service, which is essential since cars aren’t allowed in Zermatt, was barely advertised and very difficult to arrange. We ended up stranded at the train station for over an hour in the freezing cold trying to organize transport. The property could definitely improve the shuttle service. Check‑in also wasn’t smooth — we were left standing with our luggage, unsure if or when it would be delivered to the room.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The housekeeping team made the sofa bed neatly, making the room very suitable for three people.

There was one uncomfortable interaction in the breakfast restaurant. After we had already apologized for some snow melting from our shoes due to the weather, a staff member approached our table again, questioned where we were from, and reacted in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and not respected. I believe more sensitivity and professionalism in guest interactions would greatly improve the dining experience.

테라스에서 보는 마테호른은 정말 멋졌다. 기차역에서 픽업해서 짐까지 올려다주신 직원 분께서 너무나도 친절하게 한국어로 인사도 해주셨고, 작지만 스파 시설도 갖추고 있어서 좋았다. 방에도 욕조가 있어서 반신욕도 가능! 조식도 엄청 다양하게 먹을게 많고 맛있었고, 셰프님이 오므라이스도 직접 만들어주시고, 직원 분들이 커피도 타다 주심. 방 크기가 크진 않지만 스위스에서 묵었던 호텔 중 유일하게 방에 물도 있었던 듯. 돈만 많다면 매일 머물고 싶다!
