Vybavení pokoje, dvě výborné restaurace v hotelu - tyto vřele doporučuji, chování personálu. Zavolejte po příjezdu na nádraží, přijedou si pro vás. A také odvezou. Nemusíte chodit po Zermattu jako velbloud. :)

POZOR: Pokud si zaplatíte hotel z výhledem, nemusí to znamenat, že je výhled na Matternhorn. Po příjezdu na hotel jsem v recepci zaplatil další peníze za pokoj s výhledem na Matternhorn. Jaké zklamání mne ale čekalo na pokoji. Přímo před Matternhornem stojí košatý strom, díky kterému si neuděláte ani fotku na terase před M. Možná nejvyšší patra jsou ještě OK, ale strom neustále roste...

"Quite an adventure stay but worth of it"

The hotel is quite nice with a small but cosy spa. Very nice staff at the reception. Specially Bader who helped us a lot!! Thanks!

We stayed only two nights and the first night there was no heating in the bedroom. It was very cold and the guy at the reception refused to do anything because it was 11pm. Hopefully, the second night Bader put a Dyson in our room to make it warmer. They also forgot to clean the room the first day. In addition the first morning the breakfast was so so because lots of food was missing….A total disaster! But the second day it was much better !

Lokalita, pokoj a částečně i výhled. Také japonská i korejská restaurace. Služba- odvoz na nádraží.

Na pokoji byl kávovar, ale nefungoval. Pozor. Kupujete pokoje s terasou a výhledem, ale ne výhled na Matternhorn. Za výhled na Matternhorn si připlatíte ještě znova na místě. Pak přijdete na pokoj a zjistíte, že se sice koukáte na mystický kopec, ale uprostřed stojí vzrostlý strom, který stíní. To vám jaksi zapomenou říci. Chtějte 4. snad i 3. patro. Na balkoně musíte jít na bok, abyste viděli Matternhorn. Viz foto. Z pokoje si nevyfotíte ani neuvidíte.

Le confort des chambres et du spa! Au top!! Bon petit déjeuner! Super emplacement!

Le bruit de la hotte de ventilation de l’appartement en face qui faisait passablement de bruit et les touristes à 6h30 du matin qui parlent très fort dans les couloirs. (Mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien)
