La baignoire jaccuzi top après une bonne randonnée ! Très bon petit déjeuner

Chiens admis mais avec contraintes et frais supplémentaires ce qui n'était pas indiqué au moment de la réservation et qui est très dommage vu du prix payé pour la chambre

"Perfect cozy environment!"

This hotel is so cozy! The amenities were fabulous! We especially loved the smoking lounge as it was perfect for us to hang out, have a few drinks and cigars before bed! The staff is super friendly! It’s within walking distance of the main strip through Zermatt where you can shop, eat and catch gorgeous views of the Matterhorn!

We have no negative comments about this place! We loved it!

Nous avons très apprécié la chambre ainsi que le spa et la piscine

Le déjeuner n’était vraiment pas bon et le Hammam n’était pas en fonction. Et aucune information n’avait été transmise
