It’s very close to the Main Street with nice view and super friendly staff, it’s closest to the valley station of the cable that can take you all the way to glacier world. Many nice restaurants close by but not crowded. Huge balcony with amazing view

Very friendly staff in a charming spot of Zermatt. Can't be any better. Have a very nice wellness (there was a small hickup in the dampfbad and we quickly fixed it together ;-) the staff was so friendly. The wellness is a dream are. Excellent dinner opportunities. We at at the Thai and at Fuji. Excellent.

Only minor comment: I've done many Swiss breakfasts, this one was just ok, but could easily beefed up a bit, for 4*.

Great location near bus stop. Restaurant and bar onsite. Bedding was comfortable and room was clean. Pool and spa was nice. Balcony was covered and nice to use in the winter.

"Zermatt, a special place."

Zermatt is a wonderful town, beautiful surroundings, pretty as a picture, although it was only a short stay it was a very memorable one. Got some nice shots of the Matterhorn and standing on the bridge with the river rushing underneath it was like being in a winter wonderland.
