breakfast good, comfortable rooms

One downside was that both of our rooms faced directly onto a cemetery, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Since the hotel is quite small with limited rooms, there was no possibility to switch.

"Friendly helpful staff accommodating all requests."

Amazing views, lovely balcony and perfect location for exploring, close to great restaurants, very nice cafe next door. Wellness suite modern and perfect after day hiking. Good selections for breakfast. Complimentary bath robes and slippers.

No air conditioning so even with all doors and windows open all night it was too warm to be comfortable, even with no covers on.

Location was great!

I was stuck in Zermatt and this hotel during the snow storm and subsequent 40+ hour power outage. Nothing was done to engage or communicate proactively with guests or make the stay as comfortable as possible under the difficult circumstances.
