"Priceless Matterhorn view in a very thoughtfully run family-owned hotel."

My family had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. Our view of the Matterhorn as well as the sound of the flowing river was priceless. We appreciated the very thoughtful amenities in the room as well as the transportation to and from the bus station. Location was central. Would love to stay at this hotel again. Meeting an Olympic champion, Max Julen, was a bonus!

生憎の天気でマッターホルンを眺めることは出来なかったが、晴れていれば素晴らしい景色だったと思われる。コストパフォーマンスは良くないかもしれないが、部屋からの景色、駅からの距離、高低差を考えるとバランスがよい。

目くじらを立てるレベルではないが強いて言えばチェックアウトの際にフロントにスタッフが不在で呼んでから来るまでに時間が多少かかった。

We got an upgrade on check in, with a view to the Matterhorn. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming The restaurant is exceptional! Such a great experience.

Schönes grosses Zimmer (Suite) mit Blick auf das Matterhorn.

Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Es war jedoch nur 1 Person für das Buffet zuständig. Diese war für Tische abräumen, neu aufdecken, Eierspeisen und Kaffee zubereiten und servieren, Speisen und Getränke auffüllen etc. verantwortlich. Dies ist deutlich zu viel für eine Person, insbesondere wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig zum Frühstück kommen.
