We loved staying here! Great, quiet location, just outside Bolzano with beautiful views, wonderful rooms, the BEST coffee and breakfast and fabulous service. It was an easy drive into Bolzano to take the cable car up the mountain for amazing views. Dirty sheets, nothing to eat at breakfast, cold in the room

Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo.

Outdated and room key not functioning so did not receive key to room. Staff used master key to get us into room and did not issue a new key.

The lady that's runs it is great. The rooms are large, comfortable, and spotless. Real wood decor.
