This is a fabulous guest house within genuinely easy reach of Gatwick Airport (10 minutes). Very similar to a small boutique hotel with comfort and cleanliness a priority. Met the owner who was extremely welcoming. Overall really good... would recommend and will certainly be staying again when next at Gatwick.

"Exceptional"

Everything was exceptional in the property. Gino and Anna are very friendly. They have done everything they can to guarantee a comfortable stay. The place is very peaceful and quiet. Ducks visit the lovely garden which Gino has his little vegetable area.

"Very quiet and peaceful at night"

I asked for a late check in as was coming from quite far away, I was contacted to say this would be possible & I was pleased some flexibility was offered, in the end I arrived on time and was met with a warm smile & a hand shake

Great price five minute from Gatwick.

Nothing to do with the property at all, totally my fault but don’t park under the trees. Bird droppings ALL over the back of the car and roof. Park carefully.

"Blissful quite sleep in a soft warm bed"

Gino was so welcoming and helpful. He gave me a taxi number and a quite cosy room, I had a wonderful much needed sleep. this place is ideal for people needing a quiet rest and away from the hustle and bustle of large airports. The duck outside my window was an added bonus. Thank you Gino

"Fantastic!"

Gino's open and very cheerful greeting. He was very welcoming. Showed the room and explained everything. I loved the shower! It was probably one of the best shower experiences I have had, almost spa like. Very good water pressure. The towels had a nice fresh smell to them, soft. Really nice. The bed was really good with lots of pillows, which made my sleep super comfy. The arrangement was very smart and the place was squeaky clean. It truly is a gem!
