Location perfect, didn't eat breakfast due to time restraints

Thank you Gino for the warm welcome and good recommendations. Facilities were excellent and very clean. In the evening I did the 15 minute walk to the pub.

The single room is small but very well fitted with own bathroom, tv, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities , hair dryer and clothes stand.

Very comfortable room with everything I needed. Great value too. I highly recommend it.

A traditional guest house, beautiful garden area and a short walk to the local pub. Clean and tidy, staff very welcoming and accommodating. Great for a one night stay, not too far from Gatwick Airport.

The bathroom is very small, the space is clean and designed as well as possible for space available.

This is an outstanding property and the host Gino was extremely helpful and accommodating. I made a mistake by not checking when the check-in time was and I arrived early. Was greeted with a nice hot coffee while my room was being prepared.
