Hotel Europejski

Frankly speaking, i think the hotel facility is ok for this rate. The reason i am giving bad review is: 1. The girls in the reception are really cold and not friendly at all, except a guy who was very helpful. 2. I told the reception at 8:20 am that i need a taxi at 9 am. But when i came down to the lobby, there was no taxi. 5 minutes later, they called and tell me that i have to wait 10 mins. I said i will be late for my meeting. They said its rush hour. i know, that's why i told you 40 mins in advance to book the taxi. Then they call other companies, and 1 do come in 3 mins. But i lost 20 mins in lobby already, which made me nervous for being late to the meeting. But again no smiling face, no apology. 3. They do let me do late check out at 14:00. that's great. but when i asked for receipt, they said something wrong with the computer. I don't know how long i have to wait and i have a train to catch. So i told them never mind. its not that important. Again, no smiling face, no apology. I do not care that i don't get receipt, just their attitude is ruining all positive sides of the hotel and your stay. The hotel lacks of basic staff training.

Only one little issue with the room key on the second day, was quickly sorted by reception

Chill reception, affordable, huge rooms for a hotel with high ceiling. Comfy beds, wifi lit and best part got late check out 3:00pm for free.

One night stop over.Breakfast gets busy.

One very slow lift, bed old & not most comfortable. Not really modern feel. Saying that however really central location in a great city. I didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on food. If you want a place to stay (then go out) is great for that purpose.

Hotel was a good location for train travel and easy access to Old Town Market Square. We were here to experience the mid year celebrations (FLOW) for Wrocław being the 2016 European Capital of Culture. We were traveling with friends who also booked a room at Europejski. It was very comfortable, nice size rooms and bathroom, quiet, with a good hot and cold breakfast. Hotel has a dwarf right outside its door and just down the street is a very moving art installation depicting the beginning and end of Marshall Law.

Hotel provided a very good base for our weekend stay at half the price of central hotels. Very quiet at the back if you dont want a view

10 nights stay was very cheap and the staff were friendly - the breakfast porter smiled like he loved his job. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from where the airport bus (406) terminates, a few minutes walk from the main train station (Glowny) and trams run past your door. People in general are very friendly and made my stay a very enjoyable one!
