O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente,banheiros sem secadores o espelho um nojo todo manchado de tão velho,no dia que cheguei a porta pra abrir foi na pancada,café fraco demais para o porte do hotel.Serviço de limpeza péssimo paredes encardidas,terrível,não volto nunca mais o hotel só tem fama mesmo pq qualidade passa longe

"Vista linda porém existe pontos a melhorar "

O refeitório falta plantas/cores para oferecer vida ao local, pois a vista externa é fantástica. A camareira deixava o ar ligado, todas as vezes que realizava a limpeza, o hotel precisa instalar um dispositivo para usar a rede elétrica, por meio de um cartão. A bica estava pingando precisa de reparo. O restaurante da piscina não oferece opções de prato principal, um cardapio sem opções, as porções são mal servidas. Apesar desses pontos acima, o local é lindo,uma vista fantástica, local de tranquilidade, consegue ouvir os passaros cantando, porém precisa ser melhor administrado, pois tem grande potencial.

Conheci o Marina há mais de 10 anos atrás, onde era 5 estrelas, através do RDC, foram 04 estadias tops. Fiquei surpreso com o Marina de hoje, pelo preço da diária e condições: Ficamos no primeiro dia muito desconfortavel, numa cama, que me deixou com a coluna com muita dor e minha esposa também. Mas solicitei a troca do colchão e fui logo atendido. O café também focou muito simples. No geral foi bom. Obrigado.
