Em geral, não sou de me importar tanto com o aspecto, pois no que percebi, o imóvel me parece ser um pouco velho, e com isso, é comum haver algum itens com probleminhas, como por exemplo, a fechadura do meu quarto apresentou problema desde o início e sempre se fazia necessário chamar alguém, que no meu caso, fui alocado no final do corredor do bloco 4 d o elevador encontrava-se inoperante, sendo necessário dirigir-se ao elevador do bloco 3. Porém, o quarto encontrava-se bem limpo, como também era bem confortável. Vale ressaltar que o café da manhã servido é bem variado e de boa qualidade!
