Hotel mit Geschichte und Klasse.

Wir waren im neben Gebäude mit Fluss Aussicht. Leider von Fluss nicht mehr geblieben .

Lankėmės antrą kartą dėl autentikos, istorijos, jaukios atmosferos.

Pageidavome gyventi greta su draugais - neatsižvelgta. Sentimentų vedami, labai norėjome pusryčiauti ten kur pernai, tačiau buvo konstatuota ,,kur gyvenat - ten ir valgot”. Keista…, kambarių tipas ir sumokėti pinigai nesiskyrė nuo pereitų metų, tačiau požiūris į svečius labai:(

Pupp is beautiful! Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Nächte im wunderbaren Grandhotel Pupp und sind absolut begeistert! Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir super herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal - von der Rezeption über das Housekeeping, Spa-Team - und besonders die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksservice sowie das Team in der Becher Bar waren durchgehend freundlich, mehrsprachig, aufmerksam und haben sich um jedes Detail gekümmert. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie ein Ehrengast. Unsere Zimmer waren genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten: Groß, sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Morgens erwartete uns ein sehr gutes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt in Karlsbad, nach 3 Minuten steht man an den Kolonnaden. Perfekt für Spaziergänge, Shopping und „Kneipentouren“… Ein Highlight war der Spa-Bereich. Nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war das pure Entspannung. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit einer Ruhe, die man selten findet. Wir sind eigentlich Stammgäste im Retro Riverside, aber wir kommen ganz sicher wieder ins Pupp. Danke an das ganze Pupp-Team!
