"Lüks, sakin, rahat"

Karlovy Vary zaten oldukça sessiz bir kasaba. Otel de bu kasabanın girişinde bulunuyor. Hemen yanında büyük ve sessiz bir park ve yürüyüş alanı bulunuyor. Otel genel olarak lüks, temiz ve oldukça rahat. Balkonlu oda istediğimizi belirttik. Fakat öyle deli divane bi manzara beklemeyin. Önündeki kanalın bir kısmını görüyor ama kanalda da zaten oluk oluk su akmıyor çamur gibi dibi.

Personel buz gibi. Sanki size değil de başkalarına hizmet etmek için oradalar, ama siz de orada bulunduğunuz için hizmet alıyorsunuz gibi bir durum var. Personel ile birebir bi sorun yaşamadım ama daha güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olabilen personele ihtiyacı var bu otelin. Otelin önünde bulunan Pupp Cafe, civardaki işletmelere göre çok erken kapanıyor. Saat 20.00 gibi kapandı ve hava aydınlık olmasına rağmen oturamadık.

The rating of 9.2+ is absolutely deserved. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was simply fabulous, with a great variety of high-quality options. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, while the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well designed. What truly stands out is the atmosphere of the hotel. It feels welcoming, relaxing, and thoughtfully curated, creating a memorable experience from the moment you arrive. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay.

Breakfast is excellent, the room very well furnished and comfortable, the location is also excellent being very central. The spa is well equipped and again easy and comfortable to use.

The only slight minus is that the younger staff could be a little more engaging and should smile more.
