Grandhotel Pupp

Frühstück war einfach toll. Lage wunderbar. Wir werden immer, wenn wir in Karlsbad sind, dort ansteigen.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war zu unseren vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Main building was beautiful. Dining room and food excellent. Great selection for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was very well managed on arrival

We stayed in the annex. Don’t stay here. It was described as inner view overlooking courtyard. Instead we overlooked a run down unused set of steps and the back wall of another hotel. It was difficult to experience the hotel as we had to go across the bridge. The wardrobe was too short to hang a dress. Unfortunately the concierge hung my dress up before I got to the room. It had a very wrinkled hemline. There was no tea in the room. There was a constant intermittent noise like a tick all the time Having to cross a road for everything was not particularly enjoyable Receptionist when checking in was unfriendly and very curt. Paper napkins at breakfast is not what I expect from a 5* hotel. Also although the selection and quality of the food was very good, having to chase down a waiter to get a coffee refill was annoying. I felt the whole experience was very impersonal and not worth the money

The whole hotel and experience was amazing. Can't wait to come back and stay for longer.

Lage super, tolle Atmosphäre

Die normalen Zimmer sind hochwertig, aber normale Zimmer. Um wirklich auch im Zimmer das Flair des Hotels zu haben, würde ich nächstes Mal eine höhere Kategorie buchen.

Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal und Zimmerservice in einem 325 Jahre alten Grandhotel mit viel Patina.

Zimmer auf Grund der alten Mauern nur schlecht geheizt. Swimmingpool für die sonstige Größe des Hotels eher klein.
