"Crummy hotel in a great location"

6.0

Was 50 dollars (USD) for the night, the quality was consistent with a $50 hotel room in the US (cheap motel). Probably the lowest quality place I've stayed that has a doorman. It took a few minutes to find the one outlet behind a cabinet, and I got locked the bathroom for a few minutes because the lock on the handle jammed. The location is PERFECT thought, right next to the medina. It was also a little sketchy that rather than having me pay before getting the room key, they gave the key, then asked for my passport and said they would give it back once I paid. Also had fairly hard mattresses.

"Affordable family hotel"

10.0

this is the second time I stayed in this hotel and both times they have been accommodating, helpful and included me this trip in breaking the fast for Ramadan so i got to experience an additional side of the culture. I highly recommend the hotel as it's also affordable and centrally located with great medina access. Happy shopping!

"Hotel Bouregreg in Rabat, Morocco"

6.0

Great location across the street from the medina. Two out of five staff I met have high service orientation. The others do their job. Gated parking behind hotel but very hard to access with car. Elevator. My concerns were a lot of little things that accumulate. WiFi only in lobby, and in different rooms a broken sink faucet, door key that requires several tries, toilet that keeps running, broken shower head holder, many TV remotes that don't work, desk clerks leaving room keys out on the counter. They book a lot of tour bus business with big crowds arriving and departing, smoking allowed in lobby... But beds were firm, rooms clean, tile floors, etc. I doubt that I will stay there in the future because if they keep deferring maintenance on seemingly little things as above they may result in a very poor experience. I think for individual travelors unlike bus tours there are better hotel options still with the great location just further along the street.

"Bouregreg"

Great hotel, better on the inside than it looks from the outside. Across the road from the medina. Well maintained rooms and fast service. Breakfast was ok, but maybe not worth the price.

"Great for the price"

10.0

This hotel was RIGHT outside of the Medina, which gave it nice access to the Medina and surrounding areas. It was also very clean compared to other Moroccan hotels we had stayed in, and the included breakfast was HUGE!
