"Great Staff"

8.0

I loved the Hotel Staff - they were very friendly and helpful. I was by myself so it was nice to have people to talk to. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily although it could do with a little makeover.

"Cheap and Cheerful"

Very good price and we were happy with the service provided. Our flight back was in the evening and they looked after our baggage in a secure room whilst we were away during the afternoon. Friendly staff.

"Great view, shame about the noise"

6.0

I got a great view over the Andalucian Wall into the medina, with the Kasbah and Atlantic Ocean in the background. But, the hotel is on one of the busiest roads in the city, so it was quite noisy. The room was huge. Breakfast was largely pastry.

"Good location"

6.0

Big room, clean. Breakfast was terrible though, some things were not fresh, luke warm tea and coffee and the juice was some concentrated stuff. But service was good staff were friendly. It was a little noisy at times from other peoples music but this settled down by the time I went to bed. Liked the fact there was a bath tub. Overall worth the money paid.

"Service was supreme, Location great., priced right"

10.0

Arrived to find wonderful staff in reception ready to answer my every question. Had assistance taking a very heavy pack up to my room. Any question I asked the staff were ready to answer. Every time I came or went it was a warm with a warm greeting from staff. The room was outfitted with everything I needed and while not spacious it was well appointed and very comfortable.

"Services"

2.0

The hotel is centre location, that's it? I booked for one night rather then 4 night, to find out frist I desperately need to check out next day. Arrival is not welcome at all, reception services very poor, I get very annoyed they have to hold my passport in the reception. Speaking English very poor, F&B area has no interest looking up to hotel guest & hard to understand them as they have no English. Accommodation is poor level 2 no electric power power point to charge phone , oldest tv I ever seen no remote , bathroom are very poor. Some of the services was advertise is not there Over all the money I have paid is not worth & I, m not recommending to any one.

"Surprisingly Great"

10.0

After a two month stay in Morocco, I booked a room at the Bouregreg the night before I headed to Rabat airport. My flight was early, and the hotel called a cab for me at 4:30AM, which arrived promptly at 4:25AM. The cab was moderately priced and got me to the airport early. I was also pleased to find that (some of) the hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very kind and helpful. I was able to pay with my debit card, which was a nice surprise after two months in Morocco.

"pretty decent"

8.0

lovely hotel, especially for the price! Great location (right across from the medina), which gives really nice views at night from the balcony if you have a room facing the street. Rooms are quite spacious, clean, and rather impressive for the price paid. Bathroom is okay, not amazing, but nothing to complain against. Overall, a pretty decent place to stay.
