Hotel Bouregreg

Very good stay very kind & helpful staff. Rooms are excellent in size. However poor breakfast buffet I had to have breakfast elsewhere.

отель старый, не закрывался кран, проблемы с кондиционером. Это тот случай, когда лучше заплатить чуть больше, но жить в нормальных условиях.

personnel vraiment pas à la hauteur, lors du check-in j'ai réglé le mantant cité, tout est ok, mais lorsque je voulais partir le personnel me surpris que je dois régler d'avantage un montant de 12 euros, vus que "lorsque j'ai payé le personne à la caisse à commis une erreur", j'ai tout reverifier avec eux, et il me disent que c'est bon et que lors du réglement la personne qui été en charge à la caisse n'a pas laissé de trace. petit déj à éviter ...

This is a very clean older property located on a busy street directly across from the old Medina. Within a taxi ride away from all other attractions and the train station. The rooms are large & well-appointed but the windows are not triple glazed and allow in street noise. The staff is accommodating. There is one bellman who is particularly notable for his hard work, speed, and efficiency. The restaurant could be better. The included breakfast was sufficient but they ran out of some menu items at dinner.

pathroom design cause falling & slipping hazards . it is always leaking . v.poor of quality of service. nobody will listen to your notice or complaine , if you extend your accomodation it will charging more daily rate.they do not know how to use visa card so they charged the fees and asking for cash again ,

This hotel is just fine, not exciting but more than adequate. I appreciated the full bathtub! Breakfast buffet disappointing--better to walk down to the Café 7eme Art for a nice breakfast. Great location across from the medina & near the Kasbah & river. Tram stop very close to hotel.

I read the reviews before I went. I'm happy to say that there have been improvements although there is still more to be done. Staff was friendly and obliging. I objected to smoking being allowed in common areas. I found only 3 tv channels speaking English or French while the remaining 'hundreds' spoke only Arabic. The hotel seems to cater mainly for bus-loads of one-nighters who had stopped on their tour. That was not a problem and I would happily stay there again.

Everything was fine. The hotel could better customer service by always having english speaking front desk person.
