Hotel Bouregreg

Bouregerg Hotel ist jedem zu empfehlen. nette Personal. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher werden jeden Tag gewechselt. Einzige Sache ist mit dem Früchtecken, es soll wirklich verbessert werden. Selber hatte ich keine Schwirigkeit damit, aber manchen könnte als Mangel betrachtet. Unbedingt müssen Säfte und Wasser geboten werden. Und der Caffe muss etwas stärker werden.

Хороший отель, просторные номера и неплохие завтраки. Расположен в самом центре города, железнодорожный вокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы. Минус - выходит на шумную улицу.

Sejour agreable au bouregreg et je recommande cette etablissement

L’accuei n’est pas agréable... Apparemment les Français sont pris pour des ânes... Sinon l’hôtel correspond à 1 étoile en France.

Room service and customer service are zero. And they gave me stress and problems when i came for check in..

This was my 2nd visit. I stayed 29 days and so could not choose anything pricey. I had good value for my money although much improvement is needed with good management. A brave team at Reception put up with the guests' complaints. They were always as helpful and understanding as they could. But they are not responsible for the hotel's policies and finances. The bread-and-butter of the hotel seems to be busloads of passing tourists who spend one night on their way to somewhere. Downside of this is that they never bother to complain if things are unclean or broken. I wiped off quite a lot of dust from the drawers each time I checked into a room. I showed a picture of this at reception. Rooms are regularly serviced but the level of service varies from day to day. The maid on my floor (her name is Najjad) was less than useful and I welcomed her days off. I gather she has two years left to retirement. I complained that she insisted on barging into rooms to change towels whereas others would knock. I told her to do same. A complimentary free breakfast is made up mainly of pastries and cakes (often not fresh) and after 3-4 weeks I was craving cereals, milk and toast. Again one for the 'directeur de l'hotel'. One individual in the restaurant (his name's Anwar) amused himself by keeping the buffet area in the dark. He would sit in a dark corner and watch us pick our breakfast in near-darkness. Sadly these 'dark' mornings coincided with the absence of the 'passing white tourists'!!

De ruimte waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd is onaangenaam en het buffet is ondermaats. koekjes en brood met confituur soms een half hard ei... Het personeel is niet geinterresseerd in klanten. De dame aan de receptie ligt meestal te slapen achter de desk ...
