Fattoria Casabianca

Vi er en storfamilie som hadde bestilt 4 værelser. Vi kom til resepsjonen og fikk nøkler til et hus som lå ca 3,5 km fra resepsjon og restaurant, slik at vi måtte bruke bilen til måltidene. Derfor kjøpte vi inn mat til den siste middagen og hadde den hjemme. Huset var bra innredet og vel vedlikeholdt. Nydelige, landlige omgivelser og ungene stortrives selv om de ikke fikk bruke bassenget i påsken. Ikke væt til det heller.

Beautiful estate, well-maintained

Beautiful estate, with wonderful vineyards, well maintained, and very big! The farmhouses are in rustic style, well-equipped. When we faced certain minor problems - the staff was so helpful and did everything to resolve this, so kind! The place is quite secluded, so any supermarket shopping and alike needs to be planned ahead. In some area there was no cellphone service, but the wifi was good. We visited many Tuscan villages, so the location is good. Recommended for true countryside experience in Tuscany!

It was just outstanding! The food was super, the wine was just amazing! We will definitely be back there but next time we stay at least two days!

Several positive points: the area is beautiful, the pool was fab and breakfast was excellent. Less good points: the bedroom and bathroom were tired in decor and in need of some repairs. Service at dinner was dreadful, we sat with stale dry bread and water for around 45 minutes whilst others were being served their full meals, before being allowed to order anything ourselves. Other tables were in the same position. Once we had finally ordered, an appetiser was served almost immediately and the main course around a minute later (before we had finished the first), then finally the drinks. If there had been literally anywhere else to go eat, we would have left. The food was tasty but overpriced.

We had a great holiday, enjoyed delicious food and wines. The accommodation was perfect, everything was there.

Ruhige, wunderbare Lage in toskanischer Landschaft zwischen Wald und Weinbergen.Der Pool war in Ordnung. Das Essen auch gut. Die Schotterwege nehhme ich heute angesichts der Klimadiskussion hin, auch wenn der Staub nicht angenehm ist.
