Beautiful location Friendly staff

Breakfast room was totally disorganised … staff were friendly and doing their best but unbelievably chaotic breakfast experience.. training badly needed . Our room had an adjoining door to another bedroom. I could not sleep with the snoring noises from whoever was sleeping in the adjoining room. Sound proofing badly needed ..

It was our second stay in this beautiful castle, stayed in deluxe double room overlooking lush green grounds at the front of the property, room had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Reception staff is very helpful and efficient, same as the staff in all other departments, lady who served us in the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Swimming pool was a bit dark and the water wasn't warm

The staff were excellent. Very approachable and warm. Excellent service.

The only thing I would say is having improved room service times and a better room service menu.
