Beautiful and atmospheric set in the most stunning location.

Nothing, room was perfect. Spacious and comfortable.

The spa and dungeon bar were amazing. The grounds, staff, room and food were also amazing. The included breakfast was excellent.

We liked everything about our stay.

Cooling system not working properly, room was very hot, staff were doing their best to address this issue.

Wonderful staff (except for one person that never smiled), clean and spacious room with a territorial views. We did not use all amenities but they appeared to be extensive. Very nice common rooms. Wonderful trails around the castle property and further around the lake and other areas. Breakfasts were excellent!

The Wifi did not work for half of our stay. They cater to large groups for weddings, etc. As a result, we did not have access to the Dungeon bar in the basement (both nights) & the Drawing Room (one night) - that was highly disappointing.

Hit 78 degrees and no air😳room was at least 100!! I know I’m from Florida! Golfed 18 holes as we’re avid golfers The golf cart was awful,steering off and a struggle to turn! Rented clubs, they were filthy, old and very low level!! Golf cost my wife and I over $400 to charge that much for what we received is ridiculous!!

Good food, helpful staff, lovely rooms comfortable bed.

Lack of bar staff, one girl trying to serve too many people with no help, but there was a wedding on, so we left and came back later and had a lovely evening.
