Exceptional service.Room was great, comfy bed. Impressive bathroom, super clean and good room temp. Good pints, decent Guinness. Food was good but not amazing. Good breakfast.

Was part of a communion party, didn't seem to be much for kids here.

Il fascino del castello c'è tutto: sembra di entrare in un maniero medievale, ma accogliente nello stesso tempo. Spa molto bella, non grandissima rispetto alle dimensioni dell'hotel, ma di grande atmosfera. Colazione super e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Le camere, pur essendo naturalmente bellissime, a volte mostrano qualche piccola pecca (copriletti macchiati, tende parzialmente staccate...).

Its a castle on a lake...gorgeous! We did the thermal which was great. Staff is amazing and helpful. Communication before trip was very responsive .

There is some upkeep needed in the thermal rooms ..some of the jets in pool did not work at all.
