The breakfast was only dry bread that you couldn’t eat. The room very small and the bathroom dirty.

Our stay at this riad was incredibly disappointing. We encountered a cockroach infestation, with roaches coming from the air conditioning. Picture this: my husband sleeping and a strange noise coming from the wall. I didn’t understand where it was coming from till a roach dropped, from the painting over the bed, over his pillow!!!! It was scary. That was our first morning. Next night, we arrived tired from a tour, and when we turned the lights off to finally sleep, the noise started again, but this time 2 roaches came from the AC. We asked to the manager to move us to another room, but they didn’t have. He contacted the owner, they were unhelpful and offered no solution till we told to find another riad for us. We had to leave at 12am because it was unbearable. This experience ruined our vacation because next riad didn’t have room for other nights, we had to move to 3 times total. I strongly advise against choosing this riad.

Our stay at this riad was an absolute nightmare. We were horrified to find a severe cockroach infestation, with roaches pouring out of the air conditioning vents. The owner was completely indifferent and offered no assistance. We were forced to flee the place at midnight, desperate to escape the infestation. This riad ruined our entire vacation. Whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs.

Location was good, staff were friendly despite the language barrier google translate was handy. Breakfast was decent.

The room floors felt dirty, the bathroom sink was cracked and leaking. Air con was taped up and not working, room was quite small and hot due to the placement of the window. Had to withdraw cash at ATM rather than card payment, pool was not clean and is only there for show. Definitely not value for money, if it was cheaper and you are ok with a 3 star then you can stay

Location was good, close to everything and peaceful to have a restful night. The staff were very kind even with the language barrier. The owner made us feel comfortable and helped us have a great experience in Marrakech.

Being able to pay with credit card at the hotel would have been nice

The people were incredibly friendly, creating an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. Overall, an unforgettable blend of cultural richness, strategic location, and warm hospitality made this stay truly exceptional.

It was amazing, truly enjoyed my time there and I would highly recommend it to anyone
