La Zorza

We had a wonderful experience. GPS took us directly there, it was private and isolated (in a good way). Francesco was so helpful, spoke English, checked on us via WHATSapp and gave wonderful food recommendations when we asked. We were a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, about 15 minutes from the Spanish steps and not far from the bus stop. There were dozens of bars and food locations within a block. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had great pressure and hot water. The window out our room gave us a great view to the below street and the hustle of people walking by. Air-condition was great We were very happy with this hotel.

The room is very basic but the location is everything! The staff made the experience the best ever & the bar downstairs was so convenient. I loved staying there but as I said the room is basic but clean & all I needed!

Location was good, convinient, close to the station. Service good enough. The bar downstairs is easy to grab something simple.

Clean and ok.not a lot of choice around and all over priced for what you get it appears. Certainly this was. First Impression is worse that what we actually experienced.

Yes the hotel is above the bar, but our room was high enough we did not hear any noise. It is in a great location, the room is spacious and clean.

Nice hotel, good service, good Italian breakfast. Fun location in the quaint town of Riomaggiore. We had a very nice time.

Cinque terre is built at mountain, carrying luggage to find hotel is harder than you find at google, this small hotel is walkable from train station and close to viewing.

This room seems to have been carved into the side of a hill, yet there were rooms above and next to it. Not for a claustrophobic! Thin walls, dusty beams of logs, shower not big enough to turn around in. Breakfast same every morning, in small cramped area next to doors outside and unclean toilet room, causing many flies on food. Check-in at ground level bar, music so loud conversation was impossible. 50 steps up rocky narrow outside and inside stairs to get to room. It would be ok at half the rate but not $150.

Excellent location and hotel was well situated. Only issue was poor WiFi.

An strenuous walk to and from parking, otherwise a great place.
