Lovely location and the room was very clean. The breakfast area is beautiful.

WiFi was very poor in room - no way to do work. Attention to detail was lacking. No shower cap provided. When room was cleaned items were not fully replaced (dirty coffee cup still in the room, coffee stirrer not replenished, drinking glasses not changed out for clean glasses). Chipped breakfast plate. Eggs were barely tepid both mornings, and no fresh fruit - only fruit cocktail. These items are all easily fixed, but surprising they're an issue at all for a 4-star hotel.

Clean comfy room with good location and friendly staff. Bottled water sparkling available on tap on the restaurant.

Lack of parking close to hotel. Apparently you could be towed away if you park outside. Not great if you want to secure your motorbike.

Tolles, stilvolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett bequem und der Spa Bereich war ebenfalls super, tolle Lage.

The hotel is in a very central position, the room is pleasant

Bathtub shower is a no-go, as it's really dangerous to get out. It's very slippery and spills water in the whole bathroom. Pity that there is no shadow in the breakfast area - esp. in these hot days

Comfortable bed and a lovely shower in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is extensive and all the staff were friendly. The hotel is near to the Place Stanislas and the old town. Nancy has very good public transport and arriving by TGV is easy from Paris. The city is very clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. Restaurants are plentiful and there is lots to see and do for a couple of days.

Le calme, le livre à disposition sur la table de nuit, les romans de stendhal partout. Mais aussi la grande salle de bain, le buffet du petit déjeuner.
