The suite itself (La Sanseverina) looks nice, especially the stone details and statues. The location is also convenient. Unfortunately, none of that makes up for the complete lack of sleep and constant noise.

Absolutely horrible stay. The cleaners have no respect whatsoever in the corridors. They yell, bang everything they can, and create nonstop noise. Doors are constantly being slammed and it just never stops. This went on for hours. There was also an issue with the parking. We arrived close to 11:30 PM and were told we could leave the car in front of the hotel. Then at 7:00 AM, the receptionist banged on my door so aggressively that would think dhe’s from the S.W.A.T team. For no reason she also woke up my sister in her room, and even my father in his room. I had to move the car at 7:00 AM and then try to fall back asleep, which became impossible once the cleaners started making noise again. The hotel may look nice, but the complete lack of respect for guests trying to sleep ruined the entire stay.

The location is absolutely perfect. It's right in the city centre and everything is within walking distance (5-15 minutes depending on where you are going). The staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious and they have multiple fresh, brewable tea options. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Lovely atmosphere altogether.

Rooms are not soundproof and we woke up to other visitors talking loudly in the corridor after 1AM.
