We arrived tired and late and hungry at 11pm. The front of house lady was friendly and check in easy. Not offered any help with our luggage or finding location of the room which was very difficult in the dark and our room was the 3rd floor up lots of steps. Downstairs very basic upstairs a bit more upmarket and comfortable. No air conditioning and fans stay on for 3 hours max so extremely hot overnight however it was fine for the price. We only 2 nights but the beach was lovely and Okapi restaurant within walking distance where food is usually excellent. Also the restaurant opposite reception was nice for a Spanish breakfast and lovely Pizzas.
I took my two children and two of there friends, aged between 10-14 last minute for a short break, We could believe how amazing the hotel was, the staff , the food, the facilities the apartment had everything we needed. This was the first holiday I had taken on my own as my husband passed away 2 years ago and as you can imagine I was very anxious about it, however there was no need as everything was GREAT! Thank you so much Carema Resort.

Couldn't fault the food selection and quality. Room was very disappointing and reaction of hotel staff to our comments seemed to fall on deaf ears. The shower room had no ventilation, housing the only mirror in the accommodation. The shower leaked onto the flooring and seeped under the flooring through to the bedrooms. When we reported it the staff just said that was the design of it! It made the rooms smell musty. Fans kept turning themselves off too and no bulb on the outdoor area. There were ants in the room. While most of the staff were very friendly a couple of the restaurant staff were very rude. Very close to the beach but sun beds had to be evacuated by 6:45pm. Not much evening entertainment after 10pm. Maids only attended once making 1 bed in the 3 days we were there.
Nice complex by the beach. Very quiet area so highly recommend hiring a car. Not much was open when we went due to it being low season. We paid €18 for the buffet evening as we were self catering. Very good and drinks included.
Enjoyed choice of pools and close proximty of the beach.

Awful room no 125 on ground floor. No privacy, smelt of sewage .dark hot. Noisy location next to the pool which was regularly used up 11.30 pm one night , by inconsiderate families adults and kids alike . Cleaners plugged in a room fragrance on the last night! Sheet change wasn't until the last night either.
Stayed as a family of four, 2 bed self catering apartment. All necessary for our stay was provided. Very helpful staff, cleaned every day, plenty of fresh towels. Great view,overlooking the sea. Only downside was pool filter not appearing to be working properly - so avoided the pool and used the beach next door; not a big problem for us.
