Krásný hotel, moderní wellness na vysoké úrovni, příjemný personál na recepci. Lázně Sárvár jsou skvělé a termální voda výborná. Polopenze nabízela široký výběr jak kvalitou, tak pestrostí. Pokoje čisté, jen působí o něco tmavěji. Velká pochvala úklídovému personálu – úsměv, ochota, jakýkoli problém vyřešený na počkaní. Příjemným bonusem byly i české TV kanály v nabídce. Lázeňská zóna s termální vodou je přístupná až od 14 let, takže se dá opravdu relaxovat. Dostatek lehátek venku i uvnitř, na zahradě probíhalo předcvičování pro zájemce.

Dvě věci kazí jinak vydařený pobyt. 1) Cenová politika. Ceny v hotelu jsou nadstandardní (2500 HUF voda, 2300 HUF cappuccino, 6000 HUF panák rumu) a navíc se ke všemu připočítává 15% servisní poplatek, který není transparentně komunikován. Nejde mi o výši samotných cen – jde o princip. Buď vysoké ceny bez servisního poplatku, nebo přijatelné ceny + servis. Kombinace obou působí neférově. Zvláště u bufetové večeře, kde si host nosí jídlo sám a číšníci pouze přinášejí nápoje, je 15% servis na každé položce neopodstatněný. 2) Personál u show-cookingu. Kuchaři u grilu působili nezaúčastněně až otráveně, hosté se zjevně ostýchali si o něco říct. Pravě ti, kteří mají nejčastější kontakt s hosty při jídle, by měli být tváří hotelu. Lázně i hotel za to stojí. Doufám, že se tato zpětná vazba dostane k těm, kdo cenovou politiku v hotelu nastavují.

- skvěle spa, velký výběr saun (snad 6) - termální bazén přímo ve spa zóně “adults only” - opravdový relax a velmi pohodlná postel - nepoužívají interiérové vůně, jak je to teď velmi populární (jsem astmatik a opravdu se toho vážím) - hlídané parkování hned u hotelu, ačkoliv za 10€/den

- málo vegan alternativních jídel u snídaně, narozdíl od večeře - když tak striktně kontrolujete aby lidi nesli v plavkách do sauny, mělo by se také striktně kontrolovat to, že tam nepůjde někdo navoněný parfémem, kolikrát se v sauně nedalo dýchat, stejná škodlivá syntetika ne li horší; při ukázkách ve finských saunách používají parfémovaný, umělý, nikoli přírodní éterický olej, což jako astmatik jsem po každé té ukázce (3x za den) nedokázala se v prostoru saun nadechnout. Myslim, že tohle by vedení ozdravného hotelu mělo zvážit ke zlepšení
