החדר מרווח, מאובזר, נעים, מעוצב, המיטה נוחה מאוד. הצוות נעים ומסביר פנים. ארוחת בוקר וערב מגוונות ורוב האוכל טעים. הספא והבריכות מדהימים, מפנקים ומהנים. סביבת המלון יפה וירוקה.

Hotel byl úžasný, pokoj prostorný, čistý a velmi pohodlný. Zázemí SPA, bazény - fantastické.Výběr jídla na snídaně bohatý, v perfektní kvalitě. Výběr bufetových večeří byl také velmi rozmanitý a chutný.

Podávání welcom drinku v přísně stanoveném čase se nejeví jako příliš přátelské gesto. Opravdu, pokud podáte obsluze voucher v 16:01 už nemáte na drink nárok...Také servírování večeří neodpovídá úplně servisu 5 * hotelu, obsluhující personál se na Vás neusměje, při večeři již chystají vedlejší stůl na snídani...spíš to vypadá trochu jako systém v zotavovně, ne v restauraci v luxusním hotelu.
