Easy access to the whole downtown. Fairly new, clean and well maintained hotel.

Great place for business trips. The location is great, right next to Victoriei Street. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, with good attention at details. The breakfast is very good, but there can be some little improvements. Rooms are also quite. Great value for money

I was somewhat nervous ahead of our stay, having read some of the reviews, on arrival myself and three friends were met by friendly and jovial reception staff, our rooms were all modern with tv, fridge, coffee machine & complimentary water, the bathroom was clean and well equipped and the bed very comfortable. We only ate breakfasts in the hotel, but it was more than adequate to fuel us for our days sightseeing adventures. For me and my friends, the hotel was perfect for our needs, and I can highly recommend it to other travellers.

The people atbthe hotel were vey helpful withe the car park although they were full. Breakfast was good. The room had the right size. Through the mattress you could feel the wiring and ony having a top sheet instead of a summer duvet, for me was insuficient. What I liked the least was the water heater in the shower, no water pressure and jumps of heat. The towels were awful.

This is far the worst place ever 🤬🤬 We arrived and there was nobody at the lobby. So we rang the bell… a furie named Carmen came from hell and started to yell “what’s your problem “??? Heu… we want our room please ? As if this was a million dollars question this woman start jelling that we treated her like a dog !!! She wish, I adore my dog 🤭 Anyway, everything went wrong… the fridge didn’t work, the coffee machine in the room was broken, the airco stopped several times a day/night. Breakfast was the minimum a hotel can give. The personnel, especially the guy who should fix everything, was really very very rude and even agressive. The only good guy was Christian, the night guy. He was the only human. Never again. NEVER !!!!

The mini bar was unplugged and since I had a sandwich, I crawled under and reconnected it. However, this left one socket for the coffee maker which I could not connect. I called reception and the sent someone to connect it. This meant I had no place to connect my laptop, so I made do with the bed and the side table. In the morning, I filled the coffee maker, put in the pod and turned on the machine, blue lights came on, but no coffee came out. I went to the reception, it was 5am, and he wanted to charge me 10 lei for a coffee, but eventually just gave me one.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here after a long journey (24 hours in transit) and were relieved to have such a quiet and clean hotel room for our first night in Romania. If we had been staying longer in Bucharest we would have stayed at this hotel for more than one night.
