The staff are all sper helpful and friendly.

I didnt dislike anything but rooms a little small.

Goed bed, ontbijt was goed. Kamer was ook netjes. Geen magnetron aanwezig, wel een koelkast.

From our welcome at reception which had beautiful fragrance lovely lady who showed us around before taking us to our room - facilities of extra drinks fridge and even a microwave and lounge area - our room was clean and fresh with all the little touches of extra treats was amazing - fabulous breakfast which plenty choice

Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious room. Beds were comfortable, had the best nights sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee available in the room, but if we ran out they were available in a separate area. This area also had a microwave if needed. I felt that nothing was to big or small should you have needed anything. Very warm welcome and clear instructions given before our arrival. Breakfast was lovely with good selection, buffet style full English. Was delicious set us up for the day. Cereal options available along with fruit and pastries.

Is opposite a school so be mindful of what time you arrive if in school term time.

We had a lovely stay at Chester Guest House. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff. Our room was comfortable and well situated overlooking the car park, which was ideal for keeping an eye on our motorbikes overnight. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including complimentary toiletries, hot chocolates, and a small mint chocolate left on our pillows. The bed was exceptionally comfortable in fact, it was the best night's sleep I'd had during our entire bike tour, and I didn't want to get out of it in the morning! Breakfast offered a great variety of options and was very enjoyable. Throughout our stay, all the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel's location was another big plus, with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if we're in the area. Highly recommended.

Owner was fantastic - we also got a room upgrade which was nice. Parking great and so quiet even though on a main road.

Nothing we loved it and we will return.
