Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, schöne Infra. Einfach toll.

Im Zimmer ist es einfach zu warm. Nachdem wir es gemeldet haben, war es etwas kühler aber trotzdem noch zu heiss für unseren Geschmack.

Truly magical experience! We stayed over the Christmas period in a family room. Attention and service of the staff was amazing - everyone genuinely warm, friendly and attentive. Hotel is in a great location and the room was spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the pool facilities that are shared with the neighbor hotel. Food was great, breakfast had a wide choice and the Christmas special menu was excellent . Great location for public transportation and everything close by for ski rentals, ice skating etc. The free horse sleigh ride was an unexpected beautiful experience. Thank you!
