Zentrale Lage in Lenzerheide, in Gehdistanz zu Zauberwald und W.O.W. (im Winter) und mit Shuttle-Möglichkeit zu den Bergbahnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und gut, die diversen Restaurants im Haus qualitativ einwandfrei, wenn auch etwas teuer. Die Spa-Zone ist eher klein, aber doch fein, wir haben das Wellness-Angebot genutzt und waren vor allem vom Personal begeistert. Wir konnten mit dem eigenen PW anreisen, der Aussenparkplatz kostet 15.-/Tag.

Die Gebäudestruktur des Hotels ist anfangs etwas verwirrend, aber das ist kein grösseres Problem. Das Hallenbad dürfte etwas grösser sein, aber auch das ist kein echtes Problem.

Top Lage und sehr schönes Zimmer.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. Personal ist nicht sehr aufmerksam. Doppelbett mit zwei Einzelbetten war schade. Alles in allem fehlt das Liebe zum Detail für 4 Sterne.
