The registration of both the reservation holder and his companions, including visitors with original identity documents and photographic records, is mandatory. La ubicación es buena

El principal problema fueron los baños. No estaban limpios y tuvimos un problema con uno de ellos, el lavamos se botaba e inundaba el baño. Pasamos toda la estadía reportando la situación y nos comentaban que iban a arreglarlo al día siguiente, luego al día siguiente, y luego al día siguiente, nos fuimos y seguía inundando. Las duchas son bastante pequeñas, pero el problema no es solo eso, sino que para poder ingresar a ella incluso toca levantar la puerta ya que faltan bisagras y la misma no abre bien. Las camas no son cómodas. Sonaban MUCHÍSIMO, y si una persona es pesada, es casi como dormir en el piso por la falta de relleno de las mismas y por lo bajas que son. La recepción no es 24h, si tienes un problema a medianoche, tendrás que solventarlo por tu cuenta. Debería haber al menos una persona de guardia durante la noche. La tarjeta de acceso se desconfiguraba todos los días, incluso un día cuando nos acercamos a solicitar que nos ayudaran, la señora de recepción nos trató muy mal diciendo “Pero si no les funciona, usen la segunda tarjeta y ya”, tarjeta que no teníamos porque nos la habían negado en el momento del check in. Solicité el desayuno mediante booking, y terminamos desayunando todos los días fuera del hotel. Muy pésimo el servicio, variedad nula, y calidad baja.
