Please note that pets are allowed for a surcharge and with a immunization record. The registration of both the reservation holder and his companions, including visitors with original identity documents and photographic records, is mandatory. Complimentary Wi-Fi is limited to a certain number of devices: 2 devices in One-Bedroom Apartment and 4 devices in Superior Apartment. For stays from January 1, 2023 (inclusive), residents of Colombia and foreigners staying in the country 60 consecutive days or more must pay the national sales tax (19%) on the property during the stay. Foreigners with a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. In addition, if a person who is required to pay the tax and another who is exempt from it share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room. The apartment cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
