Me gusto mucho, lo único que no me gusto es que en uno de los baños en el lavamanos se empozaba el agua y no pasaba falta mantenimiento en estas cosas, pero el resto está bien.

The apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities. The closets, some of the furniture and hair dryer needs to be updated. Wifi works most of the time, I was able to work all week but at some times the internet was intermittent. Service was great, however I was charge a tax fee I was not expecting.

Good location and amenities.

The staff was unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and clearly untrained for their jobs. We were not advised of the amenities and services provided, and room service wouldn’t answer the phone, so we had to physically go to them to place orders. The front desk told us we had to purchase water through the restaurant even though we later discovered they sold water. They couldn’t find our dry cleaning when we went to claim it, and our refrigerator never worked, so our food spoiled. They never did fix it.

Room was big but need an update

Great service they were so nice and organized. The rooms were HUGE, and I'm from texas so that is saying a lot. The free hotel breakfast had everything we needed but on the second day we ate at another place in the complex and it was exquisite and very cheap less than around 35 American dollars for 4 people. Overall it was such a fantastic stay and I will be staying there every time I'm in Bogota as it is extremely safe. There are around 3 rounds of security before you can even get into the building for our safety which makes it to that only customers are in the complex. It is also a few feet from the biggest mall in Colombia. Had EVERTHING I needed.
