The location is excellent. It feels like an oasis in an otherwise chaotic city. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This place, although in the same property as Hotel La Fontana and Apartamentos Estelar, is managed by a different hosting company, which can cause some confusion. If you book this property, you are not allowed access to the hotel lobby, breakfast hall or parking, so our Uber had to go into the underground garage and leave us in a nondescript elevator to access the hosting offices. From shoddy doors and a second "bedroom" that looks like and afterthought, to visible stains on the floor and walls and the cheap mattresses on the beds, to the cheap waste bins and even cheaper toiletries, this place feels like the low budget version of the apartments available on this property. We have also stayed at Apartamentos Estelar, and those are a much better value for the money, so choose those instead if available.

Great option for families. Right across the street from the mall. Very convenient. Loved staying here. super friendly staff. Super recommended.

Property is outdated. the Furniture looks old. This property needs to improve

Breakfast was great. Choice of 4 restaurants. Bed uncomfortable. Topper brought that solved the problem.

Little frig. At night was a little loud. No shampoo ledge in guest shower.

We had some issues with the hot water. The breakfast needs more salty options.

Place great!! very unique building people friendly, I will go back ❤️

The staff was very accommodating to all of our needs.

The wifi is intermittent, but it was not a huge deal.
