"Mal servicio"

Son apartamentos bien ubicados cerca al centro comercial Unicentro. Pero el servicio no es el mejor, en particular por el hecho de hospedarnos de sábado a lunes no hicieron aseo a la habitación por ser domingo, lo cual no tiene presentación. La respuesta en recepción fue que las señoras del aseo no arreglan si no las habitaciones próximas a ser ocupadas.

"Una experiencia BOGOTA - FONTANA"

Una buena oportunidad que como clientes o turistas podríamos esperar es que las personas encargadas de recepción conocieran muy bien la ciudad. En últimas terminamos obteniendo mayor información de los taxistas que nos trasportaron por Bogotá. En el hotel no hay guía turística y en recepción no todos las personas estaban preparadas. Aunque nos ofrecieron internet, consideramos que la calidez de los hoteles empieza en la relación personal con el Huesped. Al margen de ello el servicio merece un 10
