Staff was super friendly and the location is unbeatable.

Not much to dislike

My experience was really excellent! I had to do a quick trip to Bogota, I found Travelers was quite close to the institution I had to go to, and the staff was very responsive and helpful at the time of arranging transportation to the hotel. Everything was spanking clean and the apartment exceeded my expectations by far with such nice accommodation, and a great price as well.

The only small problem I had was at the time I had to make the payment for the hotel, I need to clarify, I think this is not completely related to the hotel but I have noticed that many banks in Colombia (Bancolombia among others) I was not able to do the payment with my international cards (I tried to use 2 Guatemalan debit cards, 1 Guatemalan credit card and 1 British debit card). but the staff from the hotel was QUICK and RESPONSIVE and helped providing a link so I could make the payment.

Apartment is huge , full equipped with kitchen and pretty clean. Breakfast is served Daily in room, you can call anytime from 8am to 11 am and order it, normally takes up to 40 minutes if you have a large family like ours.

Everything is nice the only thing I found was that there was a noisy neighbors on the up floor room that liked to run many times from side to side the apartment at 11 pm.... But I called the front desk and they take care of the situation.

The breakfast was delicious (but arrived half an hour late) The location was excellent, close to the Canadian embassy, easy to get there.

Extra cost for pets not advertised on the page or booking page. The breakfast was delicious, supper good but was half an hour late. There were some sounds on the room at night, not too bad, maybe a construction on the neighborhood

I was very upset. When I arrived at 6 in the morning with my 2 young boys, I was told by the front desk that my reservation was changed to a different location. I was told I needed a taxi to get to the location that was way further than I wanted. They did not honor my original reservation, nor did I get an apology. Nor did they advise me at the time of booking that the Obelisco was not available in order for me to cancel and make other arrangements. Oh, and it has been impossible to make contact with management. This is not the way business is conducted. I paid for a specific service and they gave me something else that I didn’t want.
