Travelers Obelisco Apartamentos

The site is good but they could improve the presentation, the curtains were dirty and very old, the place was very cold and there was no heating of any kind.

Nice place especially for the price. A little bit noisy due to all the local construction, but that is not Travelers fault.

Very nice apartment hotel. Clean and with lot of space. It felt like you where at home in a one bedroom apartment. The night and day front desk staff where always ready and willing to help you out. Thank you Ruban and your day time coworker.

Good experience. Nothing fancy but very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is very scarce with just a few things.

I am very disgusted by what I encountered at Travelers Suites Obelisco! We arrived really late at the hotel and and when I went into the room prior to checking in, the room was not at all what we were promised online! Because it was late, we were tired from traveling there, and I had my two year old and I couldn't just grab a taxi to look for another hotel; I had no choice but to check in for the night. The next morning is when I found out they had charge my card for two weeks and refused me ANY refund!!! I was promised a two bedroom suite and received a studio with one bedroom. There was just an entertainment center dividing the main living area from our bedroom and the living room. My two year old could go in and out without any sort of door! There wasn't good security on the door out of our room!!!! My son could just walk out whenever he wanted!!! HUGE PROBLEM with security. We were also promised that we would have Tempurpedic Mattresses!!! NOT TRUE! The beds were hard as rocks and barely a mattress at all! Because we were there on medical need... Privacy, security, and comfort was the reason we chose this hotel!!! We had to leave for another hotel (A real hotel) and now I can't get my money back! I have traveled the world and have had the need to cancel a reservation before due to unforseen reasons and never have I been charged the entire stay (at most two nights forfeit)! BEWARE in booking this hotel, because what they advertise is NOT what you get!!!!

.This has been one of the most terrible situation I have had in hotels. The reason is that I made another reservation after staying some days. I confirmed my reservation with expedia, I double checked the reservation with the counters but that did nkt matter. The staff kicked me out of the room just line a thief. It was very embarrassing and put me in a bad situation since I had to look for other places. Stay out of this place

Overall, the experience was postive; however, the room was cold and it was difficult to keep warm. On the whole, the staff was extremely responsive and friendly and they always tried to help in whatever ways that they could.
