I've stayed here several times. The staff is very friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful. Most of the front desk staff speak some English. The on-site restaurant has good food, and is a good value. The suites are clean, and have a kitchen with a fridge (some full-size, some half-size), a microwave, and a full stove with an oven, although the cookware is very basic. My room had just received a new paint job.

The rooms are rather dated and basic. The sofas and chairs aren't very comfortable. Some rooms have a TV that can be swiveled for the bedroom or living room, but my room didn't. It also didn't have a lamp in the living/dining area, only very bright, blue overhead lights. There is an elevator, but you still have to navigate stairs, which may be a problem for people with mobility issues.
