El personal es muy amable y trata de cumplir tus exigencias. El desayuno es muy bueno. El omelette está muy bien preparado, profesionales.

Me cancelaron la reserva 1 hora antes de llegar al hotel y nunca me dieron la habitación que reservé. Faltó el aire acondicionado. Baños sin ventilación.

El hotel es excelente para quien quiere espacio y comodidad, la suite tenia su propia terraza, la seguridad es la mejor que he visto en hoteles, la limpieza es profunda, y ademas el hotel es muy preocupado de sus pasajeros atendiendolos incluso en situaciones de vulnerabilidad externa

"Ascensor, ducha y baño malos."

El desayuno estuvo bien, las instalaciones(con excepciones) y limpieza bien. La ubicación no estuvo tan mal, aunque no recomiendo caminar en los alrededores en la noche, pero en general no tan mal.

Rentamos 3 habitaciones, 1 de la cual(sin decirnos nada antes de llegar al hotel ni al momento de seleccionarla) la asignaron en otra torre cruzando la calle, para pasarla tuvimos que pagar un upgrade de habitación, ya que era la habitación de una adulta mayor y tanto el desayuno como los demás era en la otra torre "principal". Ascensor malo desde el día 2(de 5), las habitaciones estaban en el 4to y 5to piso, teniendo en cuenta que en estas se quedaban una adulta mayor y una pareja con una bebé, tener que subir y bajar las gradas(hasta para ir al baño ya que estaba malo y hubo que usar el baño en recepción), no fue una buena experiencia. En 2 de las habitaciones no funcionó el agua caliente y en 1 el inodoro también fallo, lo repararon para el último día de la reserva. Mucho ruido en las noches, no desde la calle, si no dentro del hotel, todo escucha.
