Gutes Schweizer Frühstück in einem sehr schönen altehrwürdigen Speisesaal.

Das Hotel schliesst am Sonntag um 16 Uhr, was das Deponieren des Gepäcks unter Umständen verunmöglicht.

Absolit tolles Personal der umgang mit uns war super.. Aufgefallen sind mir sie Lehrnenden diese waren super höfflich und konnten sehr gut weiterhelfen. Der Service im Restaurant war 1 A. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Die Lage, Hotel sehr ruhig. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Matratze und Kopfkissen waren nicht so bequem. Matratze hart und Daunenkissen ist zwar voluminös aber im nu platt gedrückt, leider kein angenehmes Schlafen. Die Duschbrause hat sehr wenig druck, habe feine Haare und brauchte ewigs zum waschen. Ansonsten alles tiptop. Kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful historic hotel right in the middle of Flims, convenient to everything in the area. And yet extremely quiet in beautiful garden setting. Staff were amazing and the room was spacious and wonderfully accommodating with a private balcony. Breakfast was also wonderful with anything you might desire. I was traveling for several weeks and had them do my laundry which was beautifully done! This was a great choice

My only quibble was with the shower. Just not quite enough room to be comfortable.
