Staff where really great help and the food in hotel wow lovely drinks to and speck goos English

How wee can't find washing machine and was never check on or ask if need anything

Excellent location right at the harbour; our room looked out that way so could see the lake and boats coming and going . Room was spacious and had plenty of natural light. Breakfast was great

Room was old fashioned decor

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, spotlessly clean with decent amenities. Fantastic location, with views across the lake, harbour and mountains.

No air conditioning

Location was brilliant. Right on the harbour. Breakfast was as expected. Room with a view of the lake, altho bed was a bit hard. Very clean. The staff were amazing, friendly, courteous and inviting. Especially Angela and Tibi. Thank you to Stefano as well for allowing us to use a room as very late check out. You were all awesome. If I ever stay in Malcesine again, I would stay here.

The bed was a bit hard for me.

Fantastic location, right next to scenic little harbour with ferries. Good selection of breakfast options. Excellent range of restaurants a few minutes walk away for evening meals.

Beds were a little hard. Free toiletries very basic - bar soap and sachet of shampoo.

Shower could have been a bit more more powerful & temp sometimes changed suddenly but was manageable

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We liked everything. There was nothing we didn’t like.
