Quinta Das Murtas B&B

Es un lugar precioso, rodeado de naturaleza y situado en el centro de Sintra, a pocos minutos a pie del casco histórico y a unos 40 minutos caminando del Palacio da Pena. Cuenta con una pequeña piscina, jacuzzi y aparcamiento gratuito. Nos alojamos en un pequeño estudio con cocina y microondas, lo cual fue un gran punto a favor. Además, el desayuno estaba muy bien.

Aunque todo se veía limpio, había un fuerte y constante olor a humedad que resultaba bastante agobiante, incluso dejando las ventanas abiertas. Las sábanas también tenían un olor desagradable, como si hubieran estado guardadas durante mucho tiempo. Entiendo que, al encontrarse en una zona de montaña, el ambiente sea naturalmente húmedo, pero recomendaría instalar deshumidificadores o algún sistema similar para mejorar la comodidad de las habitaciones.

Quinta Das Murtas is in the heart of Sintra, at walking distance of several of the main palaces like Regaleira (15 minutes), Pena (45 minutes) or the town with restaurantes and supermarkets. This is key as moving around with your car might be challenging, so taking advantage of their parking space is great. The building and shared areas are super nice, providing "saudade" vibes. The breakfast was fair: nothing super fancy, but good enough to star the day with energy.

The room was big and followed a classic style which is ok, but the bed was not the best regarding comfort: it could be improved.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável - desde logo a localização, a 10 minutos a pé da estação e centro de Sintra, com uma boa rede de transportes a 5 minutos a pé. As instalações encontravam-se bastante limpas e muito bem cuidadas, tornando o interior e exterior bastante aprazíveis. Um muito bom pequeno almoço, bastante variado e sempre com reposição constante. A simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários ajudou a tornar a estadia memorável - a repetir certamente!

Não encontrei nada que fosse objeto de qualquer reparo.

Die Lage und der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft.

Wir waren in einem Zimmer im Garten untergebracht. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, zudem noch recht klamm. Schimmel im Bad und im Schlafzimmer, der Toilettensitz war nur mit einer Schraube befestigt und daher sehr wackelig. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer mit einem extrem scharf riechenden Gruch belegt, der auch nach zwei Tagen noch nicht vollständig verschwunden war. Frühstück erst ab 8:30, was hinderlich ist, wenn man zum Sightseeing in Sintra ist und man dann mit den Massen an den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Wir waren dort für zwei Nächte und während dieser Zeit hat keiner Reinigung des Zimmer stattgefunden. Wir können nur abraten. Zumindest von den Zimmern im Garten, vielleicht sind die Zimmer im Haupthaus besser.

The grounds are stunning. The architecture is beautiful and the people that work there were so friendly and helpful. It was so nice that we stayed another night.

Tudo impecável. O ambiente é muito fofo e aconchegante, os funcionários foram muito prestativos. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Conseguimos utilizar o estacionamento sem problemas. A localização era excelente, perto do centro histórico e da quinta da Regaleira. O café da manhã era simples, porém muito gostoso e muito organizado.

Tudo perfeito.
