Property and staff were good, WiFi service stopped working on my floor after first night, reported to staff multiple time and told it will repaired the next morning. We had multiple rooms booked, some fridges worked and some didn’t. When asked about the fridge we received different answer from staff members. We don’t have fridges in rooms, they haven’t worked for ages.

Madrid for fair

Although this hotel is pretty far from Madrid proper, we found it to be very comfortable, in a quiet residential area, with a bus stop practically in front of it, and the CERCANIAS train station ten minutes away in the bus. We did not use the breakfast service but we did avail of the dinner service a couple of times and it was delicious, with generous portions and very affordable price. The accommodations were very good and the bed quite comfortable, with maid service daily. The only negative was the distance to Madrid or the airport, but even that was easy to deal with, via bus/train. All in all, we most definitely enjoyed our four day stay.

Yo he estado alojada en junio 2024. El alojamiento está bien . Las habitaciones están bien.El desayuno variado hay fruta, yogures, bacon, huevos revueltos, tortilla patatas, bollería, embutido , agua, zumos,etc. Zona tranquila. Lo único malo es que hay mosquitos en la habitación y aunque intentan solucionarlo no están teniendo éxito al menos en los días que yo he estado.

Seul bémol, on a été informés des horaires du spa (jacuzzi, hammam, sauna..) que en arrivant. Il s'avère que c'est ouvert les week end et les vendredi soir, nous qui avions réservé dans cet hôtel pour ces équipements
