Comfortable triple room , nice barhroom. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast basic but adequate breads , pastries , cereal . Restaurant open late and good selection. Both breakfast and evening staff in the restaurant very friendly amd helpful. Little bit further out in Pinto than other hotels but had a great Uber driver during our stay. Price very reasonable and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Me encantó el hotel muy cómodo

Nos alojamos solo una noche. Pero nos sorprendió mucho el precio. Éramos tres en una habitación mi marido mi hijo de 16 años y yo por 75 euros los tres.la habitación limpia .el baño impecable ,los detalles de pañuelos jabones de mano gel champú muy bien tb .del baño lo q más me llamó la atención fue el cristal de la mampara no tenía ni una señal de cal por ningún sitio. Un 10 para las empleadas que limpian así de bien.la.atencion de recepcion muy buena . Para mí un hotel calidad precio buenísima . Ahora ya se dónde dormir cada vez q vaya a Madrid

Servicio pedimos, habitaciones con falta de limpieza y muy caro para lo que ofrecen, el gimyse paga a parte, no coment

The hotel is very good, the rooms are impeccable, the staff are very professional, always ready to help, the restaurant and the people who work there are 5 stars, an excellent breakfast, I will be back soon.

The hotel in question doesn't have a parking lobby for allowing you a minute to do your check in, then you have to do malabares with your car around a busy neighborhood while you complete the check in. Once you solve the situation, the parking lot they have is very good. Have in mind you must get a reservation for your parking lot at the hotel.

Bastante dejado, sucio, falta de mobiliario, olor de sabanas y habitación. Recepción muy bien. Un suficiente justo.
