"Muy lindo Hotel, muy buen servicio y cómodo para Familias."

Modesto pero efectivo Hotel con muy buenos servicios y mucho personal muy bien entrenado. Impecable el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones y Áreas comunes. La Comida del buffet está bien. Los tragos muy bien .

Si debo completar algo en esta sección solo diría que sería bueno poner almohadas bajas en las habitaciones( solo sugerencia)

"Mar Bravo, Piscina Fria e Hotel Burocrático"

O hotel é extremamente burocrático. Logo no check-in, tive que mostrar a fatura do cartão de crédito com o qual eu havia pago minhas diárias. Isso que já estava tudo quitado. Para o almoço, além de passar a pulseira, eu tinha que entregar um papel referente ao almoço. Além do mais, minha esposa não podia ir ao almoço sem eu estar presente, pois a reserva estava no meu nome. Somente a minha pulseira dava acesso ao restaurante do hotel. Entramos em contato uma semana antes e avisamos que minha esposa era intolerante à lactose. Foi proposto que nós termosmosos termos que paguemos pelo queijo zero lactose. Como afirmamos que não iríamos pagar, o hotel comprou o queijo coalho zero lactose para ela. Não gostamos do hotel de forma alguma no qual fomos tratados. O mar em frente é bem violento, cheio de bombeiros que apitam quando as pessoas entram. Para ajudar, a piscina não é aquecida e é muito fria. Não retornaremos mais para esse lugar.
