El personal es muy amable, habitación limpia sabanas, toallas, etc. Bonitas instalaciones, vistas y espacios para descanzo. La cena siempre muy buena, con mucha variedad para mí gusto. Para el día del cumpleaños de mi esposo nos dejaron un pastel de cortesía lo que nos sorprendió gratamente. Las actividades para niños fueron entretenidas para mi hija de 5 años, si bien no participo en todas ya que es pequeña, si algunas las disfruto mucho, como por ejemplo el show de magia y el regalito para el día de halloween.

El ruido de las actividades de la piscina, pero solicite cambio de habitación a lo cual accedieron sin problemas.
